1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and p444 (hereinafter referred to as "p444", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the p444 website located at https://p444.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features made available therein.

By accessing the p444 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any casino game offered through p444, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.3 Verification of Eligibility

p444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by p444 may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of the player's account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the p444 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, p444 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any outstanding balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. p444 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the user. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. p444 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to keep their credentials secure. You must notify p444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our commitment to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and player protection, p444 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Players will be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and may also be required to provide proof of address and source of funds. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the KYC process has been satisfactorily completed. p444 may also request re-verification at any time at its sole discretion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

p444 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions must be conducted through a payment account registered in the player's own legal name. Payments from or to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the voiding of associated transactions and potential account suspension.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits applicable to each payment method and will be displayed at the time of the transaction. p444 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to users.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Withdrawal requests submitted by accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be held pending the completion of that process. p444 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account compromise, or breach of these Terms, and will communicate with affected players via their registered contact details.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the p444 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). p444 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. Any currency conversion fees incurred by the payment service provider are the sole responsibility of the user.

4.5 Transaction Fees

p444 does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees may be imposed by the relevant mobile financial service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) in accordance with their own terms and tariff schedules. p444 is not responsible for any such third-party fees.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotional offers, and other incentives offered by p444 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that will be stated clearly at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that particular promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion's dedicated terms page. p444 reserves the right to void any withdrawal request where wagering requirements have not been fully met.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

p444 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk matched betting strategies designed purely to extract bonus value, coordination between multiple accounts to exploit the same promotion, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers without genuine recreational play. Where such activity is detected, p444 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the affected accounts.

5.4 Eligibility for Promotions

Promotions are available to eligible registered players only. p444 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where eligibility criteria are not met or where there is evidence of prior bonus abuse. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on the p444 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market as published on the platform at the time of wagering. In the event of disputes regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of p444's trading team shall be final. p444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds or on markets affected by technical errors.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on p444 are governed by the rules specified within the individual game interfaces as provided by the game's software supplier, which may include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and other certified providers. The outcomes of all games are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs). p444 does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot be held responsible for decisions made by game software providers in relation to game mechanics or results.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. 6.4 Void Bets

Voided bets will result in the return of the original stake to the player's account balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p444 platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and notification to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering an account or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Operating more than one account, whether in your own name or through a third party;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider trading in connection with any sporting event or casino game offered on p444;
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any other criminal activity;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Making chargebacks or reversals of deposits without prior authorisation from p444;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward p444 staff or other platform users;
• Attempting to access or interfere with the p444 platform's underlying systems, code, or infrastructure.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the p444 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of p444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this platform is the exclusive property of p444.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p444 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to resell or commercially exploit any content or service; to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or trade any portion of the platform; or to use any data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorised use of the p444 name, logo, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing on the p444 platform are proprietary to their respective owners.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

p444 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all its users. The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data by p444 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the p444 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

p444 collects personal data strictly for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and the provision of services. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers engaged by p444 for operational purposes and only to the extent necessary to deliver those services, or where required by law.

p444 shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from: technical failures or downtime of the platform; delayed or failed transactions caused by third-party payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay); incorrect decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the platform due to errors or technical malfunction; or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications failures.

The maximum aggregate liability of p444 to any user in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Amendments to These Terms

p444 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p444 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via a notification on the platform or by email to the address associated with the player's account. The date of the most recent revision will be clearly indicated at the top of this document.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the p444 platform immediately.
